Merve Mepa (b. 1985, Kocaeli; lives and works in Istanbul)  works across digital media and sculpture to explore the visual culture of labor, narrative, and network structures. Her practice investigates the evolving relationships between data flows, cultural code systems, and the spatial organization of digital infrastructures in everyday life. By integrating open-source approaches, archival materials, and historical technologies, she constructs installations that position the viewer as an active component within the system. These environments are shaped by critical coding methods and speculative system narratives.
